I started this on our knitting retreat this past October and it's been done for months other than weaving in ends and blocking.
Good grief. Now I have to wait til summer is over before I can wear it....and it is darn cute on, too!

This was a really fast and easy knit and I can wear it year round....in fact, I have it on right now!
This is the second sweater I've made from the monster buy of this colorway I made right after I started knitting. I think the rest will be going to THIS year's retreat to be sold at our silent auction! ~ Melissa
Wow! That caplet is gorgeous and just think when there is a nip in the air you have something new to wear!!!

I can't believe you're finishing things like a madwoman. They both turned out great! That gray yarn is so lovely.
ReplyDeleteit's a common MO for me ... when life gets chaotic and out of control it helps to manage and control and finish what is in my power to affect...my house gets cleaner, projects get finished, to-do lists get checked off

I have a pair of test knit socks that the toes need seaming on, a poncho that's 80% done and a few things that I'm going to break down and frog this week and restash the yarn ~ I AM IN CONTROL :)
