No pictures of my Praire, but I have finally gotten 8 rows of the chart finished. My goal with this is to teach myself to read a chart and not rely on the written pattern. My mom says I punish myself on purpose. I think no just trying to improve my skill set. But my mom may be right when I decide to do something I have never started with something easy. I want to learn to knit so i taught myself socks not something flat. I want to quilt so i have something i can do with my mom picked a queen size quilt and all the pieces are set in curves. But i have done all the things in my life that way. I am the only one in my family that is that way. Maybe i am an alien from another galaxy. Well off I zoom to the Praire galaxy on my stitch marker mobile. Have a great day

Kimberly ~ I'm excited that you're learning to use charts. I was hesistant to try it until we took a class from Sivia Harding and she talked about reading your knitting and not having to count stitches ~ and that was a lightbulb moment for me. Charts are so much easier to follow and you can see the 'big picture' as well as the row you're working on and you really do learn to read charts AND your knitting! Makes life so much easier :)
